Return Eligibility

  • Return Period: You can return items within 15 days of delivery. After 15 days, each return is subject to approval and will only be eligible either for a store credit, which can be utilized anytime online, or a coupon percentage towards a future purchase.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Bridal Wear category products, accessories, bags, blouses, footwear, jewelleries, sarees with stitched blouses, pre-stitched or pre-draped sarees, unstitched sarees with fall & pico, as well as customized and personalized products.

  • Specific Return Terms: Refer to the product page for specific return terms for other items.

  • Non-Refundable Charges: Any kinds of alteration, petticoat, fall & pico and pre-draping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return Conditions: Returns are not accepted for items that have been returned damaged, defective, or significantly different from the original product delivered.

  • Approval: All returns are subject to approval.

How to Return a Product

  • Reverse Shipment

  1. The only costs you’ll need to bear from your end are the reverse shipping fees and any applicable customs charges when your parcel reaches India or crosses International borders.

  2. Once you’ve shipped your return, please share the tracking details and the courier name with us. This helps us keep an eye on your package and process your refund quickly.

Refund Process

  • Return request within 15 days of delivery: Once your product reaches our returns hub and our team has completed a successful quality check, we’ll promptly issue your refund back to your original payment method after all the relevant deductions.

  • Return request after 15 days of delivery: Once your product reaches our returns hub and our team has completed a successful quality check, we’ll promptly issue the store credit or the coupon percentage as agreed upon by you after all the relevant deductions.

  • For returns or exchanges, please note that customs duties, tariff charges, and shipping fees are non-refundable, as these are collected directly by the Government and the respective courier companies and are beyond our control. Refunds will be processed only on the product value after successful QC from your order.


Cancellation

Any cancellation after order placement, is at the sole discretion of the Kalki Fashion team, and if approved, refunds will be issued as a store credit voucher or a coupon code which can be utilised towards any future purchase
