  • Are There Any Reserve Pick-Up Charges?

    For USA customers

    • Customers can apply for a return via info@kalkifashion.com.
    • Return shipments will be charged USD 49 as a reverse pickup shipping charge.
    • Return shipping and customs charges are non-refundable.

  • Can I Exchange Or Return My Order?

    For USA customers

    • Exchanges and returns are available within 15 days of delivery.
    • Items must be in original condition with all tags intact.

  • I Want To Cancel My Order?

    Any cancellation after order placement, is at the sole discretion of the Kalki Fashion team, and if approved, refunds will be issued as a store credit voucher or a coupon code only, which can be utilised towards any future purchase.     Share a photo showing the condition of the item with a detailed reason for Refund/Replace.

    Our Return team and our fitting experts will get in touch with you accordingly.
